Young Entrepreneur Emerges as Rising Star

From movies and magazines to auditoriums filled with raging fans. For many, these are simply dreams. For Minneapolis Minnesota’s very own, Buddy Vegas, these dreams are becoming reality. From the 2015 start of his music career, to the billboard promotion used to promote his own personal brand. By 2016, success in the entertainment industry came quick for the young entrepreneur.

By the end of 2016, Buddy Vegas had teamed up with power house booking and promotions company, CLMPRESENTS, as their official event host. His Instagram @buddyvegas_ is flooded with pictures and videos of Buddy Vegas on stage with some A list celebrities. Machine gun Kelly, NELLY, TI, Dru Hill, Migos, Wiz Khalifa, PartyNextDoor, Lil John, and Aaron Carter are just a few names on the long list of artists he’s hit the stage with. For the country music lovers, CLMPRESENTS is not just hip-hop. Teaming up with the Midwestern CMA’S during Sept – Oct of 2017, they brought in Rolling Stone’s “Top 10 Artists on the Rise” such as Alex Williams, to independent greats like Ben Johnson. Hosting a variety of events is what Buddy Vegas does best.

The talents of Mr. Vegas go beyond hosting events and making music. Landing a roll in the Sundance film festival film, Façade, directed by Kevin Allen, and which is to be released in Feb 2019, Buddy Vegas showcases his passion for acting as a fashion inspired music manager named Cameron Braxton in the film.

Performing live in other countries was always on his bucket list until 2016 when he was given an opportunity to perform live in Canada. Greeted by 3000 screaming Canadians at an outdoor festival is when he knew that traveling and performing was a Dream he had made come true. Thirsty for more, shows in Spain and Germany soon arrived. By the end of 2017, Buddy Vegas had been to multiple continents and radio stages, all in just under 3 years. Doing house parties and nightclub venues any chance he gets, turning down opportunity is not something this young man is used too.

When not on stage or in the studio, “Vegas” as his friends call him, fills his days working toward his other dreams of owning a sunglass store, having a few rental properties, and opening a coffee shop. There’s no telling what he’ll do next. If you’re interested in following his story, follow him on social media @buddyvegas. Tickets to upcoming shows and events can be found at www.clmpresents.com.
